    Richard&Judy feature

Just caught the tail end of Richard&Judy show with a woman who had been cured of thoughts of harming - thought it might be useful to pass this info on - the book that's recommended. This information has been copied from Richard & Judy site - Today's features. www.channel4.com/richard&judy

    Ray Persaud – The Mind
In Britain today, one in four people will experience some kind of mental health disorder in the course of their life, whilst one in six of us will suffer from depression. Dr Raj Persaud joins Richard & Judy in the studio along with three case studies who have suffered from a mental illness. The contributors will tell their stories and what treatment they have had as well as discussing the stigma which accompanies Mental Illnesses.

Raj’s book, The Mind: A User’s Guide has been written to educate, inform and empower anyone who has an interest in safeguarding or improving their mental health. It is an accessible, jargon-free reference guide and brings together the combined experience of the UK’s leading Psychologists and Psychiatrists.
The Mind – A User’s Guide was published on July 2nd.
