Bad pain in lower abdomen?

Hi everyone!
I've been getting this pain in my lower abdomen just above the pelvis for about 3 days now and I'm concerned that it might be colon cancer. I have already been diagnosed for IBS in the past but I've never had a flare up this bad.
Another cause of my pain could be a pulled muscle from doing sit ups but the pain set in hours after doing them. I'm worried it might be a hernia too. It hurts when I press down on abdomen also. Does anyone know what it might be? Should I be worried?

I should also mention it hurts when I strain on the toilet and sometimes after I urinate or if I breathe in deeply.

Sounds like inflammation from your IBS to be honest.
