Ladies Issue Acid Reflux/Period Issues and worries

Hi,

So basically. I started my period two days ago, this always tends to be a rough thing for me. Lots of pain etc but tonight I got a new issue. I've a burning feeling in the left breast, mainly around the innside and the bottom of the left breast. Yet one if the main areas is burning is behind and feels like the nippele it's self. It feels kinda warm to touch and hurts/burns more if you mush at it.

I've recently had a number of tests done on my heart that all came back just fine so surely it's nothing to do with that?

I was thinking or hoping that this strange feeling could be all mixture of acid Reflux (which I've been dealing with for over the last 7 or so months) and period stuff (I'm two days into). The burning tends to come ago, sometimes it more intense than others. It also kinda hurt times when I breath. It can also hurt more with movement or laying down. That can bring on the burning or make it worse.

I was foolish enough to Google stuff and now I think I have some type of super rare breast cancer. I'm freaking out. Please help!
