OK went to Dad's today and saw stuff I can't unsee. A clue - he's been having trouble with humanoids. He kept shifting around in his chair so I asked what was wrong. He wouldn't say, so I persisted until I got the answer before nipping to the pharmacy. Got back and he's struggling to stand without his stick, so I held him upright while he dropped everything.

There's a first time for everything I suppose and I'm touched he felt he could do that with me. Maybe I should go into nursing, I get enough practice.

In other news, there's a temporary ceasefire on the domestic front while daughter is at BF's.
