Felt a jolt/pulse/squeeze in head.

Hi guys,
This is my first time posting. I'm 24 and I have anxiety and a habit of overthinking. Today I was just sitting and suddenly I felt a click in my ear and a sudden jolt/pulse/squeeze in my head. It was only for a split second but it caught me off guard. It felt as if there was a strong contraction over the whole of my head. This is the second time the jolt/squeeze has happened and I honestly don't know what to make of it but it would be great to know if others have experienced something similar to this. Thank you!

They are more commonly known as brain zaps and they are quite common in people with anxiety.
