    Waking up unable to breath/breathless

Has this ever happened to anyone before? So I was asleep on the couch. When suddenly I sat up, unable to get any air in. I tried calling out to my friend but I wasn't able to speak. My heart of course went crazy.

I feel okay now? It lasted about 10 seconds and about a hour later I had changed to calm myself my heart went to normal again.

I'm trying to stay calm? I've had a lot of tests done recently like I've said in other posts so surely they would have noticed anything serious with my lungs or heart? I'm someone who has sinus issue and the weather here has suddenly tried very hot? Maybe that has something to do with it.

I don't know if this is similar thing to what I get -

If I fall asleep propped up in bed, or on the sofa (basically, just not led down properly) I will jolt awake and be gasping like a fish out of water. I can't swallow, it feels like my throats is completely paralysed. I believe it's panic.

I hope you manage to get some sleep

Oh, I also have chronic sinus problems

Sounds like you might need checked for sleep apnea, a common condition.
