Yeah keeping positive! My mood seems to be back to normal now for the most part, so that helps a lot.

Tell me about it! Think I might have rabies soon. (Joking! ) Seriously though, checking other threads when you're going through a bout of HA isn't a very wise move I don't think. I even started worrying about petechiae at one point, even though I've had them for years.

The bug seems to be down in my lower abdomen now, so hopefully I just need to crap the last bit out and I'll be back to 100%

I've just thought of something else that should be posted as an example of 2 times when my HA went completely bonkers:

1. About a week or so after I joined here, I got it into my head that my nails weren't growing properly and posted about it. But guess what? They're fine! For some reason my brain got to thinking "hang on, you cut those weeks ago, why aren't they growing?"

Then, and this my favorite one...

2. The other week, you might remember when I was freaking out about blood in my phlegm? Now my brain is back to working more like its usual self, and I'm not panicking/over thinking things as much; I've realized that this was probably not blood at all! It was more than likely coloration from something I either ate or drank.

Because I spat the phlegm out, and it looked dark, I assumed it was blood. I didn't get a chance to "examine" it either, because it went straight down the plug hole. So I probably saw it was dark for a split second, and assumed the worst.

So there we have 2 clear examples of my HA spiraling out of control.

I know I'm documenting again here, but this thing really does seem to be attacking my guts now.

2 BMs yesterday, 3 today! (That's a hat-trick!) and my lower abdomen is driving me nuts.

Feel like I need another BM as I type this too. WTF is this thing?

Another loose one this morning too, only just made it to the loo in time.

Like I said above though, hopefully this is the last phase and is my body getting rid of this nasty thing.

If I get any worse, I'll contact the doc.

Me too! Seems the waiting game could be playing tricks on me again thinking about it, I can't stand the waiting!

Haha! Yeah might need to do that. I'm really hoping this is the final clear-out.
