Hello all! I’m a 26 year old female that lives in BC, Canada.
I’m new to the forum, but unfortunately not new to anxiety. I had my first panic attack at 13, after I smoked pot for the first time.
My anxiety had waxed and wained over time, however I suffered a major panic attack a month ago and have been in a major anxiety loop ever since.
This whole experience has left me feeling very alone and I would love to have someone that understands to talk to.
I suffer from panic attacks, anxiety and most distressing to me, dissociation.
My hobbies include: true crime! (Taking a break with this anxiety flare up, though) nature and hiking, science (specifically chemistry) and cooking.
