Tingling nipple!! Breast cancer fear!

Totally freaking out that I might have breast cancer 😭
I’ve had pain deep in my shoulder blade and in my sternum for weeks but I thought it was muscular as it hurts just when I move about.
However, over the last week or so I’ve noticed that my nipple on that side keeps tingling, and I feel sore all around that area and in my armpit. I’ve had a good feel and there are no lumps that I can detect.
Can anyone reassure me? I’ve completely convinced myself this is breast cancer. Im too scared to Google as I’m 99% positive if I type in ‘tingly nipple’ it will say cancer-as Google usually does. Help please!!
