Anxious about Fiancé

Hey everyone. Wouldn't normally post in the Female Issues section as a male but, after my recent period of HA, I've began worrying about my fiance all of a sudden.

Simple question, if you sleep on your front is it possible for the breasts to feel a little sore after? My GF mentioned that one breast felt a little tender and put it down to sleeping on her front whilst camping this weekend and her bra perhaps being slightly tight. My mind immediately went into a spin and started worrying, but I don't want to show that side of me as she's put up with my anxiety alot recently. I've begun CBT for my anxiety but this has pulled me back a little.

Breasts get sore/achey/tender because of natural hormone changes through the month for many women. This isn't generally something to worry about at all.
Let her look after her own body. Trust that she will look after herself.

Like any muscle, body part, etc if you put pressure on it over time you can get some bruising.

Try to see it just like waking up with a sore neck or aches in the back or shoulders.
