Cold Fingers - No discoloration

Anyone else suffer from episodes of their fingers on both hands going freezing cold several times a day? I haven't noticed any patterns to be honest but at some points they get super cold and then recover after a while to a normal temperature.

heard about Raynauds but that typically involves the discolation to white and the blue from what I've read.

I regularly get super cold fingers. It happens especially when I'm typing or otherwise have my hands far away from my body. On its own, it really doesn't seem indicative of anything. Do you have any other symptoms?

I get it all the time.
Unfortunately it's just another anxiety related symptom.
