yes , recently I watched an old film called "its a wounderfull life"
he is going thru depression and thinks of killing himself when a angel makes him think about all the good in his life and what a difference hes made to this world. ITS THE BEST FILM EVER.

Why not spend the time doing something outside - gardening, walking, exercise etc.
Personally I love horror films!
