Feeling down and can’t take these stomach issues anymore

Does anyone else get the symptoms of after going to the toilet, you feel like you still need to go and didn’t empty properly? Also, after I eat it’s like my stomach is talking to me, so wierd. Just scared to get bloods done cause I know they will come back with something sinister. I haven’t lost weight nor my appetite tho

It's called tenesmus and is very common with IBS.

It's very common in ibs, i've had it on and off over the years. The more we focus on it the worse it becomes. My stomach always makes a lot of noise, especially when i'm lying on my back.

I understand the fear of blood test results as I think the same as you. Its reassuring about your appetite and weight.
