New and comforted!

Hello everyone, am new to this site and feel comforted by it already. Sadly not new to pa's and anxiety. Have been a sufferer for last 3 1/2 yrs. Have GAD, get tension headaches and all those other amazing (?) feelings that go with anxiety. Have improved greatly on how I used to be but still feel along way from normal. Although it makes me feel better to know i'm not alone, it makes me feel so sad that so many others are suffering too. KT.[Sigh...]

am now 95% better and its all down to the iformation
on this site and the special people on here.

With alot of hard work support and time you to
