Hello everyone

I'm a newbie here so I thought I'd share a quick post.

I've identified with my therapist, that one of the core reasons for my GAD is that I don't enjoy my own company and I feel unable to cope being on my own, especially with sadness.

I'm moving to China in a couple of months with my boyfriend and wondered if anyone here has any tips on learning to enjoy one's own company?
