How often do you do relaxation techniques?

    Hi all,
Just wondering as the title says, how often do you practice a relaxation technique and what form does it take? I find myself going from one thing to another e.g. I'll do minfulness through the headspace app for a few weeks, get bored then move on to anxiety control training from Dr Chris Williams at living life to the full or I'll do a progressive muscle relaxation. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or if I should remain stable with only one audio
Also if I'm having anxiety through the day I'll try some 7/11 breathing but worry about doing it too much ironically!
    Thoughts or experiences?
    Best wishes
    X

I was thinking about the Muse headband thing, but worry it could just be a gimmick.

How interesting, I hadn't heard of it so had to google. Hmmm yeah I don't think it's needed but might be helpful for people who struggle to relax using breathing techniques etc
