Severely depressed

Not sure if this is the right forum but I just need to vent. The past 2 weeks I’ve been feeling really weak and depressed more so this past week. I’ve been feeling really bottomed out and wanting to cry for no reason. I found out over a month ago my testosterone is very low which I’m not sure would be the cause of all this or not. My primary doctor ran some other tests to check my cortisol and ATCH levels seeing if I have an issue with my pituitary gland or adrenal glands. I’m so lightheaded all the time and always have pressure in the back of my head I’m so tired of feeling this way...

There are several physical issues that can cause symptoms similar to depression. Your doctor is investigating.
