    Weed killer panic

    Hi all. Im new here.
So today i bought a bottle of weed killer from the pound shop, the lid wasnt on tight enough and it leaked on my hands as i was bagging it up. I wiped my hands on my trousers and didn’t think much of it. When I got home a couple of hours later I was starving so ate some pizza and I don’t remember washing my hands. Now I’m terrified I may have poisoned myself. My chest feels ok I think, just regular anxiety stuff but I kind of feel that I can’t take in full breaths? Almost like it gets stuck halfway or something. But again I think that’s just anxiety

I think you’re probably ok, you wiped most of it off - there was probably only a little on your hands anyway.

The breathing is probably your panic. Can you do something to calm yourself down? Distraction by playing a game or something? Then you’ll probably realise that your breathing is ok.

Ring 111 if you’re really concerned or feel poorly though.
