Well after months of reporting their webmail platform and numerous problems It's finally sorted. I can now use their webmail again been using other clients like thunderbird which I don't like it's a very cluttered layout and ml3.myemail.com which seems to be not working at the mo. today was the 3rd day I have been able to use PlusNet web mail yay till I came to delete some emails got a error message connecting failed on IMAP server so called PlusNet the guy was very helpful and has passed it straight over to Networks (email) dept he came back on the line and offered me a discount of £20 just like that so well chuffed and I didn't even ask for compo Yay The email service is free but even so all services offered to customers must be delivered to the customer is A. Carefull, B. Reasonable, C. Professional manner trading standards told me that some years ago when dealing with NTL (now Virgin) I got £300 off NTL for the many problems I had, so Iam knowledgable on this stuff now ATB
