Fear of elevators

Hi I am Liz and petrified of elevators. As part of a work trip on Thursday I have to get in one and travel up 6 floors.

Well you have two choices, take the stairs or ride the lift. Now taking the stairs would take longer, but in the long run would be healthier for you physically. Taking the lift would be more convenient and to be honest, they are very safe. Whatever it is that causes your fear, getting on the lift is one way to overcome that fear. Besides you'd be surprised how many other people don't like them either. Take care Flossy123 and make the best decision for you.
