I've been depressed in the long term. Unfortunately, none of my friends understands mental health problems and doesn't want to talk about it with me. I'm looking for someone who is going through something similar so that we can talk through our lives I'm a University student in the UK - I'm here to help.

What are some of the issues that you are facing , so that people can post regarding your concerns?

Thank you for your reply I've been through a lot over the past year which worsened my depression. I'm also facing panic attacks and social anxiety. No matter how bad I get I always try to stay positive, but at times it's hard. It would be nice to talk to someone who understands.

Are there any recent events that you have found difficult or distressing, or caused you to have a panic attack? Is there anything that you fear coming up?

Panic attacks have always been linked to poor health with me but now it's more from my relationships with friends. When I start thinking about why people always leave me and then I get overanxious from it. It's usually at night so I don't sleep much. I found that music helps though
