I have a flight in Aug that I've been building myself up to for 4 years.
I've been doing hypnotherapy but still really riding on the fact I could get a prescription when needed.
Now I've read that Drs in the UK won't prescribe anything for flying phobia anymore? Please please tell me that's not true.
I feel so sick thinking I may have to do this without. I just don't think so can.
