Beat visible in throat and now chest

You said you had this at the same age. How long did it last for you and how long after did it stop being visible. Im scared because it only begun once I started going to the gym and Im not sure if its something serious like a problem with my heart

im 33 and i have this, pulse both side of neck, it is the carotid pulse. its visible if i look at it in the mirror and stand within 2 feets of mirror. Also have pulsation in my chest which are visible when layind down. doctor said its normal its in the hallmark of medecine.
it got me anxious too. I didnt notice it before but maybe its just because now I have Anxiety

I can see my pulse too, always have, in my stomach, neck and chest. I find it quite reassuring actually, mainly because I very much like having a pulse in the first place!

i see mine too in my stomach also. its obvious to me that my pulse is stronger when my blood pressure is higher but when im lay down yep 100% relaxed or not.
