Spot on breast

I’m back. Again. I was here back in Jan - Feb and that turned out to be kidney stones. Also in Dec I had to go for a follow up mammo and that turn s out fine too. But now I’m nervous again. This time it’s a pimple type looking bump on my breast. I first noticed this a week or so ago I think and kept an eye on it and it seemed to be fading. It’s not so much a bump but it’s a spot that looks like those pimple but when I touch it there’s barely any difference... I thought maybe one of those pimple sunder the skin but the skin on my breasts is pretty clear. Anyway Friday I noticed it’s still there. No change over the weekend and when I really press it feels like a small bump under the skin. I googled. Is this IBC?? My first thought was some type of bug bite and when I googled IBC big bite appearance turned up. I don’t even know what to do...

I’m posting a new thread because ( this has never happened) no one replied to my last one and I find that odd because I always hear from very caring ppl here.
So it’s a small reddish spot that looks like a bug bite and when I googled I found IBC. Of course it’s making me nervous and I don’t know what it could be. It’s actually not a bite just looks like it. It’s not a pimple although it resembles that too. This has been there for a few weeks. I’m getting more upset about it ... I don’t even know what to do

Well it is probably a spot and will go away on its own if you leave it.

Not sure what else to say really unless you want to go and see a doctor.
