I had this worry years ago, I've come full circle! i happened to touch collarbone adjusting top and felt a tiny lymph node. Smaller than pea, moves but can't feel one on the other side.

You don't have to feel them on both sides.
There are literally hundreds of posts on here about lymph nodes so have a read of them and you will see that not one has resulted in anything serious.

Had one on only one side 3 years ago. I poked it so much it swelled much larger.
Eventually went away with no issues.
