Hello friends! You guys really helped me when a new symptom cropped up for me last time, and I would appreciate your reassurance again. I’ve had anxiety and dealt with panic attacks since I was 11 (I’m 26 now) but this one is new.
It’s almost like I’m getting shivers in my brain, but it doesn’t feel cold. Sometimes the sensation goes down my arm and/or leg. It only lasts for a second or so then passes. It kind of feels like I am getting goosebumps but none ever appear on my skin. Is this a possible symptom of anxiety? I’ve had numbness before, but this is different. It is not painful, just very weird and unsettling.
