So I've made some baked potatos for tea and one or two are slightly crunchier and underdone, my partner doesn't see a problem with this and he's eating away, I'm just worried, It won't make me ill or anything?

Totally raw, no. Slightly under-cooked? Crunch away!
Positive thoughts and raw veggies!

It's definitely at least done a decent amount wouldn't say it's mushy(although it is now thanks to beans and cream cheese haha)
Just a little crunchy but my fork definitely goes through and doesn't hold it

I know people who eat them raw. Not saying you should, but slightly underdone sounds fine in comparison.

When I was a kid, every time my mum made chips, I would eat a few raw. With a little bit of salt. Loved it!
I know it's frowned upon now, but 50 years later I'm still here. So don't worry.
Just don't eat green spuds.
I am 57 years old. I, too, can remember eating pieces of potatoes raw. Maybe we wouldn't have done it if we would have had video games?
I have no idea why I did it. I grew up on a farm. I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not. We'd sometimes slice the potatoes thin and dry them by putting a string through them and then hanging them up. Then, we often ate those without cooking them. They often had black on them. (I swear I had a happy, healthy, and normal childhood. )
The point is, I didn't die. You won't either. I agree with Deep Blue, though, don't eat green taters.
