Last couple of weeks I feel like there is a balloon in my chest and have some ectopics.

I also have the urge to take deep breaths and sigh. I also feel like I can't breath freely. I know this is chronic hyperventilation but I would like to get rid of the feeling.

Is there any good effective breathing exercise to reprogram my breathing?
It occurred due to tension and stress but it won't go away.

The more I want to control it the worse it gets. Full feeling in my chest, ectopics, headache, tired, and out of breath feeling.

Any meditation or breathing tips are most welcome.
