3 months constant 24/7 lower abdominal discomfort, bloating and nausea

I have been suffering for over 3 months of a constant feeling of discomfort in my lower belly. This came out of nowhere and has caused me quite a bit of discomfort, pain and worry.

The best way to describe it is a sickly heavy pressure with bloating that makes me uncomfortable and brings nausea. To start with it was only really noticeable when I was sitting down but now it's constant with the only relief is lying in bed.

So far I have had the below tests:
    bloods done (normal)
    Ultrasound of Testes (normal)
    Ultrasound of abdomen (normal)
CT scan with contrast of Abdomen/Pelvis (normal)
Endoscopy (showed some acid in esophagus but normal otherwise).

I had a normal colonoscopy 3 1/2 years ago due to stomach cramps (this is different as Buscopan dealt with that) .

This doesn't feel like IBS as it isn't a cramping/shooting pain it's just a dull sickly pressure bloating pain, I also experienced some indigestion symptoms but not sure if these were brought on by worry or not and I also don't have constipation or the runs. I wake up in the mornings with a hunger like pain in stomach too.

Not really sure what else to pursue as I have spent a small fortune so far on tests and specialist with no answer. I feel they want to put it all down to health anxiety which I have an extreme case of but I have never had these troubles before like this, it feels like something else serious is going on.

I feared I had pancreatic cancer to start with but my age (31) and clear blood tests, ultrasound and CT scan have had the doctors tell me not possible. I still fear that though, I don't think they will do another Colonoscopy since it's not been 5 years and I had no polyps or anything bad.

I can't afford to pay for anything else as I've spend around 3K already with no result. I just hate feeling this way and in this 3 months I have maybe had 5 days where I have felt back to normal and I know I am not making this pain up and it is real and comes back with no triggers.

I don't really blame my GP because looking at my history where I have had brain tumors (new daily persistent headache eventual diagnosis), Bowel Cancer (IBS), Lymphoma (hard lymph node on jaw), Spinal tumour (lower back pain for months) who wouldn't think I am nuts?

Honestly I could write a book on this, I have spent an absolute fortune on MRI's, CT scans' X-rays, Specialist consultants and so on. Every time something happens like this I am convinced I am dying and the end is near but this feels uncontrollable now as nothing is shifting this constant pain.

I beg to differ. The answer is quite apparent! Your money would be much better spent on real life professional help for your health anxiety

Oh I know I suffer badly with Health Anxiety...I am crippled with it really.

I have a CBT book and working through that, will be looking to start seeing a professional soon but I can't help but feel anxiety wouldn't cause what I am feeling currently especially since I have had a few days in a row where I felt normal then suddenly it comes back with no trigger.

I get anxiety is powerful and can worsen sensations and cause some but this is something anxiety has never done to me before and I can't see too much on it that sounds what I am going through.

Has your anxiety ever been right? It's like listening to a bookie to bet on the 1000 to 1 sure bet horse and losing every time isn't it?

You are right and my wife and family tell me the same thing. If I was right about what I though was wrong with me I would be long dead.

Whenever I feel something I jump to cancer, it's been like that since I went through a rough 2 years with depression.

When I am feeling well I look back on it and think I was being silly and it won't happen again but then it comes back 10 times worse and you cant help but think because of the pain that this is the time it's something sinister and because of your history no one will believe you.

I would love to just dismiss it and get on with it but I can't, I have spent money I put away for emergencies on all these tests and feel helpless, I just want the pain to go away or at least find a physical cause for it.

To outsiders looking in I know it looks like a guy dealing with serious mental health issues but the pain and discomfort I am feeling is very real and very frightening.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, I appreciate it.

Well some more tests on my blood show my total bilirubin to be 12 umol/l and my direct to be under 2 umol/l both within the normal range.

I was surprised given the yellow tinge into eyes and the dark urine but maybe my eyes have always been like that.

Health Anxiety is really brutal, I wouldn't wish it on anyone,
