    Neck pain and stiffness.

    Hey there guys! So for the past week or so I have been having really bad neck pain and stiffness. I can move my neck, but I'm just always tense and can't get comfortable. Is this due to anxiety? I've been freaking out that it's cancer or something. I did some google searching (Which is bad, i know, everything is cancer on google) and I freaked myself out reading some things. Something about an infection or spinal tumors...Has this happened to anyone here? If so, any tips on how to ease it? Heating pads and meds aren't really helping that much. Thanks!

    Do you clench your jaw/grind your teeth at night? I have for years because of anxiety and a lot of the time causes neck/jaw pain

    Could be a bad posture.

    Loads of reasons apart from cancer.

    I do clinch my jaw a lot. I catch myself doing that and tensing up my shoulders.
