Swallowing issue

Hello all, from 3 months I had a sensation of a lump in throat that doesn't go away, I couldn't eat hard food as I was afraid that it will be stuck in my throat any thing I eat seemed to have traces that I felt... I went through upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and it turned OUT that I have severe Acid reflux and there is an inflammation at the end of my esophagus.. And am on medication from almost a month now . The problem is I developed issues in swallowing I always panic when I eat now..feeling that I want to take deep breaths when I eat, I also developed a phobia that am scared to eat in front of people and in restaurants as am afraid to choke on food. My doctor prescribed an antidepressant called prothiaden 25 mg once daily , been using it for 2 weeks with no progress.. Am losing my mind and am afraid that this phobia will be stuck with me for the rest of my life... SO PLEASE HELP
