Hey, so for a while now i've been having this when i rub or press my ribs some of them are tender! i just recently found out that the ribs is equally tender on each side (same ribs just on the other side) so i do have pain in both sides. The pain sometimes come when i breath deep, stretch etc. When i sneeze it feels like my chest is exploding in pain!
Anyone else? Is this related to anxiety / inactivity?
