    Stomach issues tips needed

So I'm getting this weird stomach issue that I've had a few times previous. It's basically a butterfly/knot like sensation and it kinda feels like a pressure like feeling that kind of makes me think I might need to urinate. It's happened a few times before when I've felt anxious and this happened yesterday when I received some news that made me really anxious but it hasn't calmed down which it usually does after a few hours.
Any advice on what I can do/take for this? Made it hard to sleep.

    Hi

This is just a courtesy reply to let you know that your post was moved from its original place to a sub-forum that is more relevant to your problem.

This is nothing personal - it just enables us to keep posts about the same problems in the relevant forums so other members with any experience with the issues can find them more easily.
