Do you know why you’re going off them?
Try some variations, or something a little bit new.

Are you 'going off foods', like not liking them anymore - OR - are you restricting your diet yourself? Diet restriction can be an OCD compulsion.

No I have ate the same food for 30 years and suddenly I’m going off some food and I struggle to eat the food for example a sausage roll there is not much to eat where I work so it has to be that but I struggle to enjoy it.

I’m not enjoying much food these days I mean I use to enjoy most food but now only a few select foods I can enjoy and they tend to be takeaway food.

Maybe you are just bored of them - if its been 30 years you've eaten the same food for? There are so many lovely appetising things that could be enjoyed, I think you need to try some new things.

Hmm well I know people go off food or try new food at certain ages. I just don’t enjoy food that much really. Perhaps when I have the same food over it’s making me go off it

I found this a while back and was recommended the alphabet diet, very simple and sounds like a wind up but it makes you think of new things, literally as easy as avocado, beef, cheese etc and work your way through. bit of fun thrown in and you might find yourself trying healthy stuff or going to new little markets etc to find certain things

    good luck with it
