    Coping?

    Hi,

I just want to know if anyone else fears of dropping dead from a aneurysm (pardon my spelling) or brain haemorrhage day by day? I know to myself all of these are very rare to happen and im only 18. Is it normal? I've been having panic attacks every other day for about 2 weeks and it's starting to get to me.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

    Re: Coping?

I do go from stages of thinking like this.

Do you have reason for feeling like this, I mean do you have any headaches or anything that sent you down this path.

I have pains in my head and pains that I worry is a tumour or something, although I know its probably muscular. It is very rare, but that doesn't stop you from worrying.

I've just started a new job, and it's been a very big change... think this might of caused pressure and stress to myself, and been staying away as part of this alot, not getting lots of sleep.

I don't know if it's just because all of this is building up and causing me to worry, im not entirely sure why it all started though.
