    Advice Please

    Hello

I've been on my new meds for 12 days now(mirtazapine) and I still feel spaced out and drowsy and my anxiety is still high should I try to ride it out or ask my GP if I should stop they say that after 2 weeks these symptoms should pass????

    Hi Jas

I would stick it out hun, when first starting the medication you will always find anxiety usually gets worse before better but should soon start to settle down, can take 4 to 6 weeks before you start to feel the benefits.

If you do get worried hun, you can always contact your gp for reasurance, but its quite normal to feel like this.

    Hope that helps

    hugs to you too
