Ever since my anxiety and panic has been high it feels as tho I’ve been emotionally flat, like I don’t really care about much and have less feelings about anything, this site is great for my anxiety with going into detail about the symptoms that come with anxiety and panic but I have not seen anything about emotional flattening and this makes me think it could be something apart from anxiety and it’s not keeping me in a spiral. Has anyone heard of this symptom?

Sounds like depression to me... often comes as an unwanted plus one with anxiety unfortunately.

I’m In Citalopram 20mg I’m hoping it’s leaves when my anxiety starts to clear
