Hi. I'm new. I have lost a significant amount of weight in a short time. I am trying to maintain what little weight I have and would like to put back what I've lost.
Yesterday I was doing g a google search and found d a post here that was almost a step by step of how to approach a day of eating/portion out protein, etc.

It seemed really helpful but now I cant find it after searching. Can anyone help? It mentioned dividing your plate and what to put on each part maybe?

I'm drinking Ensures and forcing myself to eat here and thg ere but I don't know if I can keep up with my anxiety metabolism.

Really rich foods make me feel sick.

Sorry but I am really feeling bad and the weight loss aggravates everything.
