Crohns worry

Hi guys it’s me again, I’m have had weird tummy pains for a few months now and I’m worried it’s crohns I have never had blood in my poo or toilet paper and I’ve only had Diarrhea 3 times in last 4 months I’ve had blood tests and stool test which came back fine but I still get the pains docs said it’s ibs and stress and anxiety this I cannot accept :(

Why can't you accept IBS? It can be a very debilitating and serious condition if stress levels are not controlled.

I guess I was just so convinced it was crohns it’s now hard for to accept it isn’t

I have Crohn's but IBS causes me far more problems to be honest.

Treat it as having IBS and look at the FODMAP diet.

Yea I mean I’ve had the tests and been told by docs it’s not crohns and my stress is making my stomach hurt etc
