Attack now and scared

I fell asleep then awoke with a headache shaking heart pounding and spots infront of my eyes I feel awful and I'm petrified that this isn't a panic attack that somethings about to happen to me my jaw feels strange and can't stop crying ..what is something happens? I'm home alone with my small children one is not even a year old 😢😢😢

Oh hun, I know exactly how you feel. For a while I couldn't be on my own overnight with my youngest as I was terrified something would happen and she wouldn't know what to do etc... it does sound like you woke with some heightened anxiety. Hopefully you're asleep again by now and will wake feeling calmer. I always try listening to anxiety relief meditation if I wake up anxious. Hope you're ok now x

Thank you for replying I did have some sleep but woken feeling awful headache and sicky and feel a bit not here if u know what I mean xxx
