Hi I really want to accept I have ibs and nothing more sinister I’ve had a FBC and stool test which came back normal ao doc said it’s ibs, I had pizza last night and my stomach is in bits today :( I then went to the loo and my stool is normal but I have a lot of gas and almost feels like my tummy is burning, does anyone else suffer with ibs symptoms like these??

The fact you reacted to pizza the way you did confirms IBS. Did you look into the FODMAP diet? Keep a food diary, eliminate foods that trigger your IBS, or you can continue to not believe your doctors, go on as you have been and stay the same or make the decision to do something about what you do have. It's up to you
