Flying phobia- No More !

Hi all,

This is just to say that I had a flying phobia all my life and always saying to myself that i would never go on a plane....Until I decided to face it last november (2004).....And now that I ve done it. the phobia has gone.
I just want to give encouragement and hope to those with the same phobia......very difficult I know... but it can be done !!!
Like Meg said "ignorance is the enemy" (or the "not knowing") , well I think its very true. Going on a plane was easier than the phobia itself, weird huh?
