I feel yuk - is this normal?

So I have gradually been reducing my citalopram over the last few months and took my last tablet on Friday. Since then the head shocks have come back which don't concern me.

What does concern me though is the overwhelming feeling of a flu type thing. I feel like I'm coming down with something, I feel light headed, keep getting hot, very tried, lethargic. Is this normal when withdrawing from Citalopram?

    Hi Devon Guy

Im currently reducing my citalopram again and wot u are getting seems quite normal to me.

I feel awful since reducing, cant stop yawning, light headed, panicky and aches and pains.

I tried coming off the meds last year but felt so awful after coming off that i was back on them again after a few months.

My colleagues at work think iv had late nite cause i cant stop yawning, but its the side effects making me feel yuk.

    love mandiex
