Hi! I’m 26 and a new mom! I’ve been dealing with anxiety that has changed shape over the years. In the last few months it’s taken on the form of health anxiety, and I find myself checking and rechecking everything to make sure I’m not dying. I find myself in a panic attack a few times a day, and have begun therapy.
I’d really like to have a person I can send a message to, while working on my anxiety and to ride out my panic symptoms- and just commiserate in general in regards to anxiousness.
