I know but some of it seemed like a richer red than the rest of it and there was one bit that was in like a tiny ‘clump’ I don’t understand that

I've eaten a load of fibre so hopefully I can go to toilet again tonight and see if I'm still bleeding. I doubt I'll go though because usually after diarrhoea I'm constipated.

Getting bound up after the runs is what tends to happen anyway. Don't expect it to be back to normal the next day because it may take a couple of days.

Eat yoghurt. The probiotics in it will help your GI overall.
