I want to get better, of course, but it's taking ages for that to happen

Well what are you doing about it?

Also now that it's Autumn, with it getting dark early and the heating being on and everything, it's reminding me of this time literally last year- 1 year ago- when things were just starting to go from bad to worse with this worry
I did not think I'd still be alright one year later. I say "alright" loosely because obviously I'm still seeing blood with hard stools and occasionally when I strain, though I have worries about the colour, but I'm alright in the sense that my appetite is still there, I'm not losing weight, I'm not having constant diarrhea, I'm not in any pain, I don't experience fatigue, as far as I know I'm not anemic
I'm just obsessing about the colour. In the photos I can see that each time the blood is clearly striped along the stool and there's like a trail mark along it and it wears off gradually as it goes down, so like it's obviously going past something that bleeds.. that would make sense for it to be a hemorrhoid, but it could also be a polyp
A polyp is more likely than obviously a cancerous polyp but still, a polyp needs sorting out as it could develop into cancer
Damn
You need to stop looking at poo - this has gone on far too long now.
JUST FLUSH AND GO and leave it alone.
You do not have cancer at all.
Do you want to be here in another year?
As for my question above ?????

Toby, I take the same medication you do and that amount can cause constipation as well as those other feelings you have been on sertraline for 7 years now,
One day at a time

Like two nights ago I had some apple pie without thinking much about it, and I ate half of it uncooked, though I didn't know it had to be cooked
and then the next day I noticed that I had a stomach ache and everything
I noticed I hadn't eaten much that day because of the stomach ache so I had some more apple pie... again uncooked.
And then I check the box and I notice that the apple pie is actually a week out of date - it said "Use By 16 Oct"
Have I got food poisoning? I know it's only minor if I do but I'm feeling so uneasy today :(
I feel so queasy...
I'm pretty sure it's food poisoning since I ate it past its use by date
What can I do to make it go away?
Wait it out, and treat it as a life lesson learned.
