TMI - It's weird to me even to speak so candidly about this topic after not doing so for so long
Now I have a really weird sensation around my anus which is sometimes felt in my bladder area too
It's like a dull pain that I feel randomly, it feels muscle related, or as if I'm constipated but nothing is coming out
I had a rigid sigmoidoscopy examination May 10th 2019 which found nothing in my rectum or lower sigmoid colon and I don't know if things can grow in 271 days
But this morning it randomly started hurting around my anus and when I push I can feel the sensation in my bladder area too and lower stomach
I don't know if it's constipation either since I went to toilet last night and I wasn't constipated
Does anyone know what it could be? I can't find an explanation for it besides it being a tumour
I've noticed it a few times in the past I think
Last night was the first time I noticed it in a while and it feels a bit like there's something in my rectum stuck and putting pressure on my insides when I strain
but also it occasionally feels like a really dull strange shooting pain in the anal muscle that happens even without straining
sometimes I feel a lot of the pressure in the "pubic" region I guess (TMI!) like it's bladder related
Again, I don't know about cancer because my rectum and lower bowel was checked 8, almost 9 months ago but it could have grown or spread to that area in that time and sometimes I think, what if he missed something, since the rigid sigmoidscope is so outdated and less reliable
your gp might be a better person to ask rather than complete strangers with no medical training
who suggested a tumour? Google again?
over and out Toby, you win
It just presented itself again as a shooting-type dull pain within the rectum
You're falling back into your old habits, and you need to nip this in the bud NOW.
I know it's tough, but these setbacks (and learning to cope with them) are all part of living with an anxiety disorder.

I know, that's why it feels so weird to be typing all of these disgusting terms but I'm really worried about this :(
I just woke up to go to toilet (for a number 1) and after I went, it felt like as I went and the less full my bladder got, the more obvious the sensation was
