Have I got rectal cancer?

The pubic bone area is very painful right now :(

I'm almost convinced that it's bladder/prostate related, from research, but I have no bladder related symptoms such as frequent urination

I have no back pain which I believe is more common with bowel/rectal cancer, but who the hell knows

I'm so scared

Also this pain began only a few days ago... if it's a sign of cancer it wouldn't just suddenly appear, right? If tumours are relatively ​slow growing?

Painful urination in men can be a sign of a bladder infection, or even a kidney stone trying to come out, my ex used to get them a lot and said it hurt a lot to pee.

Still sounds like piles to me but we have been over this again and again.

I don't think it's that, Pkstracy, because it doesn't hurt when I urinate

NMP, I don't doubt that I have piles but it doesn't make sense for it to be that since at its peak it was quite painful and was felt more above my bladder than backside

But the pain has at least subsided today and hasn't been noticeable but then again I haven't been to toilet today so...
