hi, heres an update.......

I stopped taking them for the past 5 days , DONT KNOW WHY ?
Think because we started staying up later watching films form the tesco DVD club. My mood level remained steady BUT since friday I have been taking really bad Panic attacks again.

I can only presume its the lack of 5 htp, (I was taking 50mg a day) .
So today I am starting "again" and increasing it to 100mg a day to see if it helps, I need something to help !

well its been interesting , Since I stopped the 5htp in mid september , I have got really bad, and the strange thing is I never even concidered it could be because of the lack of 5htp. Last time on the 50mg dose It did help my depression NO Doubt about it, I was impressed. But it didnt help my anxiety or so I thought , until I have got really bad without it.

I have some sertraline from my gp and I feel out of control o my feelings which is scarey for me (think I am a control freak ,lol).

So now I cant decide what to do , ?
