sleeping but waking up tired, or get tired early.

i feel like im sleeping fine at night, but im tired almost all the time, not only that but i also feel crummy a lot to, my eyes always feel tired, i got sweaty ones and had a strange feeling that i was about to be dizzy for about 5 minutes and it went away. my stomach has been a bit upset sometimes. mentally i feel, just rather stupid, lazy, depressed on and off, not clearly thinking threw things properly. this is probably from being tired though.

im getting a bit nervous but im to tired to care a hole lot.. the heck is happening to me? i feel like im 24 going on 80...

It's really just another symptom of anxiety. Our oversensitised bodies are sending out stress chemicals, we're constantly on edge, it's no wonder we get tired easily. The good news is it's common for people with anxiety and depression to feel like this, the bad news is; it still sucks
